We are a bespoke jeweller located in the heart of Brighton in the lanes jewellery quarter at Brighton Square. We have over six years of experience in the jewellery & diamond trade in both the retail and independent sectors. This experience from both ends gives us a unique perspective on the current market & demand!

We are specialists in custom jewellery of all kinds, specifically bridal jewellery consisting of wedding bands & engagement rings!

We are passionate about precious Jewellery & design, so we love to get creative and design pieces with our customers.

We enjoy hand-selecting stones with our clients and crafting pieces specifically tailored to them. This unique experience becomes a cherished memory for years to come.

' I've been in the jewellery trade for the last six years, starting as a sales assistant and eventually working my way up to being a jewellery designer & then onto management roles across different companies! Although I always had a goal in mind, to be my own boss one day and have a shop of my own!!

I opened The Lanes jewellery Co. in mid-January 2026! after being made redundant by my previous employer! This would never have been possible without the support of my family and friends. I am enormously grateful! '

White Gold is Gold which is mixed with alloys and treated to give it a white silver like toned finish! It comes in th same purities as yellow gold for example common in the UK are 9 K, Hallmarked 375 is 37.5% pure gold & 18K wich is 75% pure and the remaimning i alloy! This is because gold is naturally very soft and need to be mixed with other metal to give it strength and to be worn as jewellery!

Platinum on the other hand is Hallmarked 950 and is 95% pure, unlike gold Platinum is strong so doesnt need mixed with as much alloy metal!

The pricing of each metal differs and fluctuates quite often but as of 2026 Platinum sits in between 9 & 18K gold in terms of price! Alothough is stronger and more durable for both! If you are seeking a white/silver toned metal mfor you wedding bands or engagment ring we reccoment you choose platinum as this is best suited to everyday wear to hold your stones securly and resist damage.

Lifetime Cleaning and claw inspections on your jewellery purchases with us! This involves general cleaning and deep cleaning of your diamond jewellery! As well as making sure all your prongs and settings are safe and your stones are secure!

We provide you with a 12-month warranty on your setting and on your shoulder/ accents diamond under 2.5mm for your reassurance! This covers any manufacturing faults; this does not cover any personal damage or general wear and tear of your items!

Yes, we allow part-exchange of your unwanted & preloved goods, which we can take off the value of your item. This can be a popular option when it comes to engagement ring upgrades! Your goods will be valued in their current condition and preloved market value, taking into consideration any maintenance they may need to be resellable!

We also purchase jewellery if you have some items you would be interested in selling you can send us some images to our WhatsApp and we can give you an estimate, please bare in mind we cannot confirm prices 100% unless we have seen & authenticated the item(s) in person!

Jewellery purchased online will be accepted for a refund or credit within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, packaging and all certification. This does not apply to any custom-built pieces or any items purchased in-store. Returns will be accepted subject to the item being returned in its original, unused, saleable condition. Refunds will not be given for special orders (custom-made), discounted, or altered merchandise.

Refunds will be provided for cash. Cheque and credit card purchases only. The reversal of cash or cheque purchases will be effected by means of an electronic fund transfer into the bank account from which the payment originated.
